Kingia/Tandara Care Centre

Kingia Care Centre is a new and contemporary residence catering for both low and high care residents.  SwanCare Group has drawn upon it’s 50 years experience in providing care, creating communities and delivering quality services to residents to design this state of the art care facility.   

Tandara Care Centre supports residents requiring high care.  Skilled staff ensure quality care is personalised to the needs of the resident, always respectful of choice, dignity and ability.

Kingia and Tandara are located side by side at Bentley Park with nursing, catering, housekeeping and laundry staff working between the two Centres. 

Skilled and experienced Registered Nurses are on duty 24 hours a day with Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers attending to the daily living needs of residents, assuring safety, personal hygiene and comfort.

Tailoring care to individual needs and abilities is central to our philosophy.  We also recognise that residents and family members are an important part of the team in making decisions about care and are included in most aspects of the planning process.

To help meet residents needs we offer a varied activities programme.  Special interests are catered for with individual programmes and group pursuits in games, arts and crafts and music.

Programmes are available for the physically challenged or those with memory impairment.

Dedicated community volunteers help to provide meaningful leisure-time activities and add a special touch to a caring residential experience.

Home-style meals contribute to a high degree of resident satisfaction and our chef consults with our dietician in tailoring menus to the preferences of our residents.

At Bentley Park we respect the resident’s and family’s decisions regarding medical care.  We are always ready to discuss these concerns and provide information that may be helpful.

An open door visiting policy invites family and friends to come and go at any time.  In-home celebrations and the opportunity for excursions to local events and landmarks help to contribute to the sense of community spirit.
