Waminda Care Centre offers private, comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation with all services and resources tailored to each resident’s comfort and well-being.  Low dependency, assisted living at Waminda Care Centre is personalised to promote independence and quality of life in cheerful, well-appointed surroundings.  Each resident has a private bathroom with ensuite and access to shared dining and recreation facilities.

Our care staff are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week for added peace of mind.

Residents may provide their own furniture, and are encouraged to personalise their own living area with treasured items and photos.  The communal recreation and dining areas are furnished in a comfortable home-like style.

Housekeeping, laundry and dining services are included in the daily care of our residents. 

A personalised care plan is created upon admission detailing individual services required by the resident.  The plan is updated regularly to ensure the appropriate care is maintained.

All residents are encouraged to participate in the wide range of social and recreational activities provided within the Bentley Park community.

Continuing family relationships are central to the Waminda care philosophy.  Families are considered important members of the extended Waminda community and are able to share fully in the lives of their relatives and friends.  Short breaks away from the care centre to visit family and friends add to enjoyment, health and well-being.  Regular meetings are held with residents, their families and Waminda administration to ensure that resources are continuing to meet the needs of the community.
