Support Services

SwanCare Retirement Living communities are designed for people aged 55 and over who want the convenience of choice when it comes to their retirement living. With fifty years experience in retirement living and services for seniors, we understand this and offer a range of services and facilities to suit all requirements.

Resident support services provided to our residents help add a sense of security and peace of mind. 
 

At Bentley Park, on-site services are provided by our Resident Support Officers. Advice regarding community health and lifestyle services and resources is available to all residents under their residence agreement. 

In the event of an emergency, all SwanCare communities operate an all hours emergency response system to enhance the safety and well-being of our residents.  Additionally, security patrols are conducted nightly and on weekends at all sites.
